Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using SmartCut (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You agree to use SmartCut only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use the service to distribute harmful, obscene, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at kashif.ali@gaper.io if you suspect unauthorised use.

Certain features of SmartCut require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's store account settings.

All charges are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy.

SmartCut and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of SmartCut and its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you upload; however, you grant SmartCut a limited licence to process and store that content solely to provide the service to you.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartCut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SmartCut at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of SmartCut after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
